  2. The Day Delegate rate does not include the Annual Dinner or hotel accommodation.

  4. Select "Dinner & Room Only" if you only want to attend the Annual Dinner, but require a room on Monday night.
  5. A company qualifies for a free Full Conference Delegate place for every 4 Full Conference Delegate places.
  6. Cancellations can be accepted up to Friday 19 January. There will be no refunds for cancellations after this date.
