Customer Satisfaction Feedback Form
This Customer Satisfaction Feedback Service operates as part of SAPCAs on-going regulation of the industry. The Service enables clients to assess the standard of work and service provided by contractors that are members of SAPCA (and will shortly be extended to include Manufacturers and Professional Consultants). All clients and their representatives are invited to use the Service, including sports clubs, schools, local authorities and private customers.
A copy of the submitted Form is automatically sent to the member company for their attention. SAPCA uses the information gathered to monitor the performance of individual companies, but will not usually respond to individual Forms. SAPCA will, however, contact a number of clients for verification as part of the routine monitoring of the use of the Service. Should a potential or actual dispute exist between a customer and a contractor you may wish to seek advice from SAPCA and, if appropriate, use the Technical Mediation Service provided by the Association.
