Midland CSB Ltd requires a Midlands Based Sales & Estimating Manager to work out of our offices in Kenilworth Warwickshire.

Key Responsibilities will be;

  • Maintaining & improving relationships with existing Clients, Architects and Consultants
  • Establishing and building relationships with new Clients, Architects and Consultants
  • Obtaining Sales Opportunities through various Sales Lead Databases, Portals and existing contacts
  • Following up Sales Leads with site visits, basic surveys and discussions with prospective Clients
  • Providing Budget Quotations to potential Clients
  • Assisting in the compilation of PQQ’s, Tenders, Quotations and Estimates
  • Assisting in the Procurement of Suppliers and Sub-Contractors and the Negotiation and purchasing processes

  • Good Negotiation and persuasive skills

Remuneration Package;

This will be negotiable, dependant on Experience and Ability

Training in certain Technical aspects will be provided if required.
