Middle East Sales Manager

TigerTurf UK a leading manufacturer of artificial grass for Sport and Landscape installations is looking to recruit a Middle East Sales Manager. Based in Dubai and working out of our local office, the role will involve managing the existing customer base across the Middle East and to target growth and expansion of our market share.

The successful applicant will be highly motivated, commercially driven and have a proven record in sales
management, preferably within the artificial grass market.

Main responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Export Sales Manager the person in this role will take a strategic and proactive approach to growing TigerTurf volumes in the Middle East Region
  • To assist in the development of a comprehensive sales plan for each Customer whichincludes a clear contact strategy, and has the overall aim of growing sales volumes
  • Monitor success rate of Customer plans by tracking sales vs budget
  • Achieve and maintain rapport with customers in line with Customer plans
  • Manage the forecast planning process between customers and TigerTurf UK
  • Follow up on leads and enquiries and coordinate relevant meetings with key customers, consultants and end-user clients
  • Manage administration of sales through the Middle East Office
  • Present and promote TigerTurf products and systems to customers on regular and frequentbasis - including participation in trade fairs and exhibitions
  • To liaise regularly and effectively with all TigerTurf departments as appropriate to support sales growth
  • To work closely with Marketing in developing the marketing offering for the region andensure all activity and materials falls in line with the TigerTurf brand plan
  • To regularly contribute photographs and comment (and other relevant information) for useon TigerTurf social media platforms
  • Identify new initiatives to grow TigerTurf market share
  • Attend and participate as requested in internal sales meetings and present update on sales position
  • Participate fully in training sessions, meetings, skill building and professional development

Salary: The role attracts an attractive salary, together with allowances and bonus potential

Travel: Frequent travel around the Middle East and occasionally to the UK Office
