Sales Manager - Middle East

SIS Group is a world leading group of companies in the manufacture of artificial grass and in the design, construction, installation and maintenance of synthetic and natural sports pitches throughout the UK and overseas.   This includes an exciting innovative product – SISGRASS, a hybrid of natural grass and artificial turf stitching.

SIS has experienced unprecedented growth over the last year and a high level of business development and expansion is planned for the future, particularly within an expanding portfolio overseas, including the Middle East.
The role shall be based in the Middle East assisting the team, particularly the MD and the R&D Manager, to grow the sales of synthetic turf products, focussing on commercial opportunities with distributors, installers and contractors.  This shall include developing new market opportunities in new sports markets, such as tennis, and in the management of web-based sales and existing client accounts.

The successful candidate shall have sound experience in sales and accounts management generally, together with experience in brand development into new markets.   You shall be result-driven with a proven record of developing business through self-management, creativity and a commercial flair.  Some experience in managing people within projects and sales teams would be useful, as will a sound working knowledge of IT and social media use, particularly in MS Office, Linkedin etc.  You shall have a strong work ethic based on confidence and a team player approach.
